UV Safety Awareness Month will take place this July. And while most of us realize UV rays are harmful for our skin, they can impact us in other ways, too. Let’s take a look at three different ways you can promote UV safety this year.

1. Sunscreen

By now we all know how important it is to protect our skin from the sun, especially in the hot summer months. According to the Skin Cancer Foundation, skin cancer is the most common form of cancer in America. More than two million people are diagnosed with skin cancer each year.
